Kim came to yoga as a way to reconnect with her dance background as well as a form of exercise to strengthen her body. She quickly found that yoga is so much more than just the poses. Tapping into the concentration of breath and mental focus that is encouraged in the practice, she began to feel a sense of peace. She was hooked immediately. Kim’s passion and goal is to guide each person through their own personal yoga journey.
Every body is different and your body knows what it needs. Respect your body and be aware and present to your needs. Accepting and loving ourselves is a gift that only you can give yourself. Kim would like to be that guide on your journey.
